The Community Foundation of Greater Flint is pleased to welcome two talented interns to our team this summer: Brittany Robinson and Patrick Zamora.
From donor engagement to digital storytelling, both interns will contribute to meaningful projects that support our mission and community. Learn more about them below!

Brittany Robinson, Communications Intern
Brittany is a recent graduate from the University of Michigan-Flint, where she earned her degree in Communications as part of the Class of 2025. With a strong interest in digital content creation, she’s excited to help produce content for CFGF’s social media platforms and cover various community events.
“At CFGF, I am most excited about the opportunity to create digital content for our multiple social media platforms,” Brittany shared.
This internship is an important step in Brittany’s professional journey. “I hope this internship allows me to grow my portfolio, hone my skills as a digital content creator, and prepare me for a future career in the digital content space,” she said.
We’re looking forward to seeing Brittany’s creativity and storytelling talents come to life during her time at CFGF.

Patrick Zamora, Development Intern
Patrick Zamora is an Entrepreneurship major at Central Michigan University and expects to graduate in the spring of 2027. During his internship, he’ll be supporting several key projects with the Development team, including assisting with donor cultivation events, migrating database information, and contributing to donor stewardship strategies.
“I really appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff is at CFGF,” Patrick said. “Meeting and talking with each other has been a positive experience. I also enjoy the professional experience of working here and knowing that I can make a difference in my hometown.”
A Flint native, Patrick is eager to gain hands-on experience and deepen his understanding of the philanthropic sector. “There are many things I hope to learn while working here, including how to be professional, network, and connect, as well as gain a better understanding of the industry and the development of Flint,” he said.
After graduation, Patrick hopes to travel the world and eventually launch a business in either the fashion or furniture industry. We’re proud to support his journey and growth this summer.
