Grant Report Forms

The Community Foundation of Greater Flint is interested to learn about the impact of its grantmaking, therefore the Foundation typically requires each grantee to submit a final report and at times, may ask you to provide an interim report describing the status of your project mid-way through your grant period. The due date for your report(s) is contained in your grant award letter and is also available in your grantee dashboard.

If you have questions about your reporting requirements or if you need to make changes to your project timeline, please contact your program officer. Submit your report in the grantee dashboard or through email to reports@cfgf.org.
