Community Foundation of Greater Flint is pleased to announce the appointment of several new trustees whose diverse backgrounds, professional expertise, and deep commitment to community service will help guide the organization’s mission and future impact. The independent board of trustees is composed of respected community leaders from diverse backgrounds and governs the Community Foundation of Greater Flint’s funds and assets.
The newly appointed trustees represent a broad cross-section of leadership in education, healthcare, youth advocacy, engineering, finance, and entrepreneurship, reflecting the Community Foundation’s commitment to inclusive, forward-thinking governance.
“These new trustees bring exceptional experience, fresh perspectives, and a shared passion for community impact,” said Chris Graff, Chair of the Board of Trustees. “We are excited to welcome them and look forward to the leadership and insight they will contribute.”
Meet the new trustees below.

Salera Collins
Salera Collins is a sophomore at Grand Blanc High School and a member of the Grand Blanc Youth Advisory Committee. She is involved in varsity cheer, varsity track and field, and is a member of Helping Hands and Hope Squad. Salera brings a student perspective rooted in teamwork, service, and leadership.

Chris Flores
Chris Flores serves as Legislative and Community Liaison for Genesee Health System, a role held since June 2023. Chris previously worked as District Director for Congressman Dan Kildee in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2018 to 2023. With more than a decade of experience at Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center, Inc., including leadership roles as Vice President of Healthcare Integration and Vice President of Business Development, Chris offers extensive expertise in healthcare systems, policy, and community collaboration.

Dr. Aisha Harris
Dr. Aisha Harris is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician and Flint native dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Dr. Harris specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health, and minority health. In addition to running Harris Family Health, she serves as a professor at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and chairs the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians Advocacy Committee. Her work reflects a deep commitment to health education, equity, and advocacy.

Nathan King
Nathan King is a senior at Lake Fenton High School and a member of the South Lakes Youth Advisory Committee. He is active in baseball and the National Honor Society and brings a strong sense of leadership, academic commitment, and community awareness.

Leanne Panduren, PE
Leanne Panduren, PE is the Chief Executive Officer of ROWE PSC and has built a distinguished career in civil engineering since joining the firm in 1994. Over the years, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Project Manager, President, and ultimately CEO. Leanne has dedicated her career to helping municipalities address complex infrastructure challenges while actively promoting engineering careers to the next generation and working to expand diversity in the profession. She previously served on the Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees and as Board Chair, bringing both her institutional knowledge and proven leadership experience to the board.

Kim Strnad
Kim Strnad is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones and a longtime resident of Flushing, Michigan. With more than 40 years of community involvement, Kim is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners make confident financial decisions through a relationship-first approach. Her areas of focus include financial assessments, retirement strategies, and risk management. Kim currently serves on the Flushing Community Schools Board and the Flushing Community Fund and is deeply committed to volunteerism, philanthropy, and local leadership.

Tony Vu
Tony Vu is a first-generation Vietnamese-American chef and entrepreneur from Flint, Michigan. His global culinary journey and cultural roots inspired the creation of several successful food ventures, including Wraps n Rolls food truck, MaMang Vietnamese Noodle Bar, The Good Bowl, and Flint Social Club. Through Flint Social Club, Tony has helped nearly 30 food entrepreneurs launch businesses, providing an accessible platform for pop-ups, concept testing, and business support. His work has played a significant role in strengthening Flint’s local food economy and nurturing emerging talent.
