What is the best part of your job?

Flint is an incredibly unique city and I am honored to work here. I love being able to tell stories and drive the mission and vision of the Foundation. The focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion brings many of my passions to the surface.

Favorite book or current read?

I love to read books that I learn from. I am a huge fan of biographies and nonfiction books about anti racism, climate change, and other social issues. Two of my favorites are Zeitoun by Dave Eggers and Once a Warrior by Jake Wood.

What music are you streaming?

Panic at the Disco, Fall Out Boy, Blink 182. You get it. Anything summer hits of the 2000s.

Hobbies?

Walking dogs! I volunteer multiple times a week at my local animal shelter. I have a dog of my own and you can always find us walking the neighborhood!

Favorite food or family food tradition?

My favorite foods are black bean tacos and cheese pizza.
