Find resources below that may assist current grantees in successfully submitting a grant report, sharing the impact of recent grant funding received, and more.

Grant Report Forms

The Community Foundation of Greater Flint is interested in learning about the impact of its grantmaking; therefore, the Foundation typically requires each grantee to submit a final report. The due date for your report(s) can be found in your grant dashboard. Typically, final reports are due 30 days following the end of your project period.

If you have questions about your reporting requirements or if you need to make changes to your project timeline, please contact your program officer.

Organizations funded in 2025 or earlier, will submit the final report form linked below and will submit completed reports to reports@cfgf.org.

Download the Final Report Form.

Organizations funded in 2026 will find reporting requirements in the grant dashboard. These can be previewed and submitted online in the dashboard.
