Mid-Career African American Professionals
The Community Foundation has made a strategic commitment to invest resources to prepare, connect, and retain Black area leaders and talent in Flint and Genesee County.

The Mid-Career African American Professionals Network (MCAAP) offers unique and invaluable shared learning opportunities for a community of Black mid-career professionals willing to live in, work, and contribute to Flint and Genesee County. A mid-career professional is not within five years from retirement and is looking to progress into a more senior position and/or increase the influence of their current role.
MCAAP connects mid-career professionals with counterparts who have been leaders in many different sectors of business, government, and service. Access to this network of mentors who have broken glass ceilings and walls strengthens their vision for future leadership. For more information on MCAAP and how to join contact Moses Bingham at mbingham@cfgf.org.
