Davison Community Fund

The Community Foundation of Greater Flint serves all of Genesee County—an area comprised of many communities, each with its own history and character. The Davison Community Fund Advisory Committee works with the Community Foundation’s professional staff to grow the community permanent endowment.

Tim Elkins, Pete Auger and Robert Callis were the driving force behind the establishment of the Davison Community Fund. Recognizing the need to develop a permanent endowment to benefit the Davison area, they asked others to join the advisory committee and raised seed money to help establish the Fund.

We call it Homegrown Philanthropy, and it’s helping to secure the future for generations to come.
